A typical project format would be:
I will start by looking at business objectives, often relating to growing revenue or audiences, moving into new business areas, raising or changing brand profile or developing communities. I apply a creative research process which includes analysis of markets and competitors, highlighting potential collaborators and developing a vision for projects to undertake to achieve these objectives.
My role then extends to a planning stage where I can map out budgets and timelines for how to achieve a project or series of projects that will be authentic to the brand and help position the company in these new business areas. This phase includes finding the right team to work on the project, from emerging creatives to established artists or specialist technical practitioners and from performers to front of house staff. I specialise in collaboration and structuring teams to achieve successful outcomes.
I can also manage these projects or prototypes for new business offers throughout the execution stage, and deliver them to a high standard, on time and to budget. This project management role involves managing a team including production managers, creative collaborators and working with stakeholders. I am experienced at event management and dealing with health and safety and logistics for live events. At the end of the project I can create case studies and feedback which can be used to further develop the business.
